Housing loan should have have run for at least One/Two years after commencement of repayment (after moratorium)
Quantum of Loan : Minimum Rs.2 lakh & Maximum Rs.100 lakh
200% of the HL for Housing loan who have run for more than 2 Yrs after commencement of repayment OR Rs.100 Lakhs whichever is lower
125% of the HL for Housing loan who have run for more than 1 Yr after commencement of repayment OR Rs.100 Lakhs whichever is lower
Repayment:
- Period cannot be more than the remaining period of under lying Housing loan as per original sanction
Facility: Term loan
Rate Of Interest : 9% to 9.70% depending on CIC score Concessional ROI for Takeover cases
