REG: QUOTATION FOR SUPPLY OF TABLE STATIONERY ITEMS FROM SUPPLIERS REGISTERED
     WITH PRINTING & STATIONERY DEPT., CENTRAL OFFICE
We require the following items and you are requested to give your quotation
for the same strictly as per specification along with the sample stating the 
name of the mill. Quotation to be submitted in a sealed cover addressed  to 
Chief Manager, Prty & Sty Dept. quoting this Enquiry No. & superscribed with
"Quotation". Specimen of items to be printed/supplied can be had from the Dept. 
during office hours. Printing will be Billingual Hindi/English as per specimen.
No cost escalation will be admitted after submission of quotation.

Last date for submission of Quotation is   27/07/2012

This is without prejudice to our right to add / delete any condition while
placing order.

Conditions:-
1. Please quote rate excluding taxes as per specification/brand. Separate 
   rates to be quoted for each brand. Sample stating GSM should be submitted 
   with quotation.
2. Quotation shall be valid till completion of order. 
3. Sample to be approved by concern Dept. before supply.
4. Material found defective will have to be replaced at your cost.
5. Your quotation must conform to our specification.
6. Conditional offers will not be valid. Bank reserves the right to decline
   such offers, even if it is lowest.
