8 digit numerical reference number is mandatory and must be provided by the receiver.

What are the documents the receiver to  produce

Beneficiary (receiver of the remittance)  must produce any one of the following photo identity to the satisfaction of the bank:

Passport, PAN Card, Voter ID, Driving Licence or Employee ID.
