Security

Hypothecation of assets financed and acceptable 3rd party guarantee. The condition of Third Party Guarantee may be waived off, if the salary account is maintained with the Bank and EMI is debited from the salary account. It should be ensured that salary account is not transferred or closed during the currency of the loan and undertaking to this effect may be obtained from the employer or from the employee and this has to be registered with the employer.
